Can specialists join us permanently?

Some specialists are open to contract-to-permanent arrangements, which can be discussed directly with them.There is no transition fee for companies. If a specialist moves into a permanent role, the revenue-share arrangement with Rushmere may continue for a defined period.

How do introductions work?

When you confirm interest in a relevant opportunity, your profile is shared with the hiring team and a direct introduction is made if requested.From that point onward, interviews, contract terms and payment arrangements are handled directly with the hiring team.

Is there a membership fee?

There is no upfront fee or subscription to join the network.Rushmere operates on a revenue-share basis with its members, earning a pre-agreed percentage of income from engagements originating through the network for a defined period.

Why aren’t clients charged a fee?

Rushmere operates in a business development capacity for members rather than acting on behalf of clients to fill specific roles.This allows members to work directly with clients and maintain full control over their engagements.

Can I still find my own work?

Yes. The network is non-exclusive and members are free to continue finding their own work independently.Rushmere simply provides an additional channel for new opportunities.

How do I join?

Joining starts with a conversation to understand your background, strengths, the kind of work you’re looking for and your availability.If there’s a good fit, you’ll just need to sign Rushmere’s commercial agreement to join the network.From that point onward, the only expectation is that you provide an update if your availability or preferences change.
